Frequently Asked Questions

1.   How long does an in-home design consultation take?

We ask that you set aside at least one hour for your appointment. During the appointment, a designer will meet with you one-on-one to go over your needs and wants for the space or spaces.  After taking measurements and inventory of your belongings that will go back into your newly designed space the designer will create a 3D rendering so you can see how your new space will look in real-time.   

 

2.   What happens after I approve the design?

Once you approve the design and decide to move forward with the installation, the designer will complete a contract with you for your space and collect a 10% deposit and schedule an installation date that works best for you. 

 

3.How long does an installation take? 

On average, installations are completed in less than a day.  Of course, a larger space may require a full day or two but our designers will let you know upon approval of your new space. 

 

4.   Do you remove existing closets? 

Yes.  We will remove and dispose of any materials that are removed from your existing closet before your new space is installed.  This will be discussed with the designer upon approving your new space. 

 

5.   Do you patch and paint?

Yes.  We can patch and paint your space before installation.  This is discussed with the designer upon approving your new space. 

 

6.   What kind of material do you use?

Our closet systems are made of 110 gram thermal-fused melamine which makes it high quality and the best in the business.  Our melamine is 3/4” thick making it stand up to wear and tear compared to other closet companies that offer 1/2” or 5/8” thick so make sure you ask.  

 

7.   What color options do you offer for your material?

We have a variety of color options to choose from for closets, home offices and garages.  You can view our colors here.

 

8.   Do you offer a warranty?

Yes.  You receive a lifetime warranty on all cabinetry.  If a cabinetry product ever fails during normal use, we replace it free of charge. Period. 

 

9.   Are you properly licensed and insured?  

Yes. We are licensed through California State Licensing Board, license number #982083 and we are insured with Gas Lamp Insurance, 800.920.4125.

 

10.  Do you offer multiple space discounts?

Yes.  We appreciate the business and want to provide a discount to homeowners who have more than one space scheduled for installation. 

 

11.  Do you beat competitor’s prices?

Yes.  We offer a price guarantee and will beat any competitors bid by 10%.  The bid must be for an identical design and comparable materials.  If you already received a quote and design you can fax us the original bid and we’ll compare the design and bid "apples for apples". 

 

12.  Do you offer professional organization?

Not at this time but we do have a professional organizer we can recommend to you should you require their service.
